2) We will then contact you and discuss your needs, choose the best sitter or walker for you, set up your account with us and schedule a meet and greet appointment where your sitter/walker will come to meet you and your pet(s), discuss care instructions, answer any questions, get to know your pet and pick up keys or provide you with a lockbox for your key while you are away.
