I am very impressed with the level of professionalism your company conducts. I never knew “just a dog walker” could be so organized in such a businesslike manner! I really appreciate your flexible schedule, you always manage to accommodate my dog and our erratic schedule.
Best of all, I know you treat my pup just like your own. I can tell that she loves you and looks forward to spending time with you. It means a lot to me, because my rescue dog has issues and you really take the time to understand them. I am so grateful that you work with her training routines. Not just knowing how to make her sit, stay, or leave it, but that you even know more complex training such as nilif.
You met my expectations when I first was looking for someone to not just walk my dog, but keep her company. More importantly, knowing animal cpr and first aide was my first prerequisite and of course, you are more than competent at keeping my dog safe! Megan and the SSH team are great. My dog, Cooper, knows when his ‘girlfriends’ are coming to visit him. They’ve been timely, courteous, and very helpful in keeping my four-legged friend exercised and happy. 100+ pounds of lab/rot puppy love is difficult for me, so I can only imagine the skills and dedication the SSH group has towards dogs; and other furry pets. Coming home and reading the ‘Dog Log’ paperwork is fun and gives me an update of Cooper’s performance that day (which is usually naughty). Megan recently gave me a gift-card toward a well-known pet shop, which Cooper hasn’t eaten’ yet! Megan and South Sound Hounds is wonderful. I called her on short notice when my petsitter went MIA. Not only did she come meet us that same day, she fit us in her schedule for a week of care. My dog, who can be anxious, absolutely loves her and her associate Laura. Megan emailed a picture and update about my dog while we were out of town and also kept a daily log that we got when we returned. She told me she has a customer service background. It’s clear she has combined her love of animals with great customer service skills to create her business. – Kim A.
